Payment Terms

Minimum Downpayment

A minimum downpayment amount payable over construction period is required in all DMCI Homes development projects. For high-rise developments, minimum downpayment ranges frpm 20% to 40% depending on the project and unit types. For Satori Residences,  a 30% minimum downpayment is required. For rear 2BR and 3BR units reserved on September 26 - October 03, 2018, only 20% minimum downpayment is needed. Reservation fee for residential units is Php 20,000 and Php 10,000 for parking units.



Discount

Depending on the payment term, various discounts are applied. An additional 2% discount is given for all 2BR and 3BR units reserved on the launch promo period (September 26 - October 03, 2018)


Balance

Balance may be settled through in-house or bank financing.
